drug smellignored complaint
the room reeked upon arrival. the smell resembled marijuana, a detail later confirmed. despite contacting the online reception team, my complaint received no response. follow-up calls went unanswered, which i find unacceptable.

The hairdryer didn't work and the hot tub leaked water when full. the tv had a big black line running down the middle. It made it impossible to watch. the door occasionally would not lock and i constantly had to make sure it was closed.

The room had a fridge and a kettle. They provided tea and coffee sachets (a nice touch). The location was a short walk to the overground station. From there, I could easily reach the Olympic stadium.
The shower took a long time to warm up. The water temperature fluctuated from lukewarm to hot (quite annoying). There was also noise from other rooms at times.

Really good Stay, Surpassing Expectations

The smart TV was a pleasant surprise. It provided entertainment. The self check-in process was efficient. Communication from the host on the day gave key codes. The location is a 10-minute walk from the local overground station. It is only two stops from Stratford station. It makes attending concerts at the Olympic stadium accessible.
The water pressure in the shower could have been better.

the staff was prompt. i found the hotel clean. i also found it a pleasant place. i had clear communications regarding my stay. the price i paid was good for what i got.
i was asked to pay a deposit. it was one hundred pounds. it was required via bank transfer.
